Inoltre nelle pertinenze della Caserma sar\u00e0 previste la realizzazione di una caffetteria. Inoltre, individuando nella manutenzione ordinaria del complesso la migliore azione di conservazione a lungo termine, il progetto prevede la realizzazione e sperimentazione di un piano di manutenzione messa in sicurezza in funzione della riapertura al pubblico nel 2015 del complesso fortificato. Il primo lotto di interventi \u00e8 gi\u00e0 stato realizzato ed ha portato all\u2019apertura di buona parte del percorso di visita della Rocca.
